- Log in to online banking with the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.
Select Self Service ➡ Stop Payment
Select the account the check was written from.
Complete all fields (check number, amount, date, payee name, and stop payment reason).
Select Request Stop Payment.
We'll keep an active alert to stop this check for 6 months.
There is no fee to place a stop payment.
