A 1099-INT is a tax document that reports the interest earned on your accounts during the year. If you earn $10 or more in interest within your combined nbkc accounts a 1099-INT form will be created.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking and you meet the IRS guidelines, you can find your 1099-INT form by signing into Online Banking.
1.Log into your Online Banking using the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.
2.Select Menu ➡ select Statements & Documents
3.Search for the account associated with the 1099-INT➡ Select Statement or Document ➡ choose 1099-INT
4.Download, view, or print your 1099-INT statement for your records.
Important Notes:
- Availability: 1099-INT statements are typically available by the end of January for the previous tax year.
- Who Receives a 1099-INT? If you earned $10 or more in interest within your combined nbkc accounts, a 1099-INT will be created.
- Primary Owner Only: If you have multiple account types, a 1099-INT will only be generated under the Tax Identification Number (SSN/EIN) of the designated primary owner.
- Paper Statements: If you have opted for paper statements, your 1099-INT will be mailed to your registered address.
