We’ve updated our online banking experience to make it easier and faster for you to find what you need. With a new layout and reorganized menus, you’ll notice improved access to key features and tools you use every day. Here’s a summary of the recent changes:

Simplified Navigation Layout

• The main menu has moved from the left side of the screen to the top navigation bar.
• This new layout keeps your most-used options visible and accessible, no matter what device you’re using.

Updated Menu Categories & Names

We’ve reorganized some of the main menu items to make them easier to understand. Here’s what’s changed:

Sub-Menu Updates by Category

Transfer & Payments:

• Customer to Customer Transfer → C2C Transfers
• Quick Bill Pay → Pay Bills
• External Accounts → Manage External Accounts (personal and business)
• Business Wires → Send Business Wires (now under Business Solutions)
• Make a Payment → Make Loan Payments
• Giving Center

Self Service:

• Direct Deposit Form → Direct Deposit
• Order Checks and Stop Payments

You can now open more types of accounts directly within online banking:

• CD (Certificate of Deposit) Account

Loan Accounts:

• Purchase Home Loan
• Refinance Home Loan
• Home Equity Loan
