1. Log in to online banking with the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.
2. Select Account Services ➡ Loan Payment
3. Select the account the loan payment will be drawn from.
• For our Business customers, you will only have the option to draw from an internal nbkc account. To open an internal nbkc account, visit nbkc.com.
• To process a loan payment from an external account, simply follow the instructions provided in our "Verify and Link External Account" article. *Note: External accounts must be linked prior to processing a loan payment.
4. Select the loan account the loan payment will be credited to.
5. Your loan account details will populate, including the payment due amount.
6. Select the payment type, which can vary based on the loan type.
• Regular Payment = Will satisfy your current payment due.
• Principal Only Payment = Will apply an additional principal payment toward your existing loan balance.
7. Enter the desired payment amount.
8. Enter the desired date the loan payment is processed.
9. Select Submit.
Optional: Recurring Loan Payment
If you would like to set up a recurring loan payment checkmark "Make this a recurring transaction" and complete all fields (payment frequency, start date, and end date).
Edit Recurring Loan Payment
1. Select Transaction ➡ Recurring Transaction
2. From the Actions bar *located on the right-hand side of the transaction, select Edit Series.
3. Complete the following fields you would like to update (from account, to account, amount, frequency, start or end date).
4. Select Transfer Funds.
Cancel a Recurring Loan Payment
1. Select Transaction ➡ Recurring Transaction
2. From the Actions bar *located on the right-hand side of the transaction, select Cancel Series.
3. Select Confirm.
