How do I enroll in eStatements or eNotices?

Enrolling in electronic statements removes the risk of statements or notices getting lost in the mail. Secure your nbkc Accounts by enrolling in eStatements right from your smartphone or tablet on the nbkc Mobile App.

1. Log in to your online banking on the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.

2. Select Self Service ➡ Enroll in eStatements.

3. Change your Delivery Preference to Electronic Statements for each account.

4. Confirm your email address.

   If you need to update your email address, please visit the Update Contact Information section in settings.

5. Accept the terms and conditions then select Submit.

Note: The account delivery method selected will apply to all documents for that account including statements, notices and tax documents.
