Using the Activity Center
The Activity Center displays details for recent internal transactions. Transactions can be sorted, searched, filtered, and managed on the main page. The Single Transactions tab included non-recurring transactions and show any recurring transaction scheduled in the next seven calendar days. You can edit or cancel a specific transaction in a recurring series. If there are pending transactions to be approved, the number of pending approvals will appear next to each tab.
All scheduled recurring transactions appear on the Recurring Transactions tab. You can use this tab to view or cancel a recurring series. To view checks that have been deposited select the Deposited Checks tab.
Creating a custom view in Activity Center
- Log in to online banking with the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.
- Select Transfer & Payments ➡ Online Activity.
- Select Filters on the Single Transactions Tab.
- Select a Transaction Type and a Status if applicable.
- Select up to 6 columns to display.

Select Apply Filters.
Select Favorites Star to save the custom view for later use. (Optional)
Approving or Canceling Transactions
- Select Transfer & Payments ➡ Online Activity.
- Select the transaction to be approved or canceled.
- Select the Actions drop-down list and choose Approve Transaction or Cancel Transaction.
Canceling Multiple Pending Transfers
- Select Transfer & Payments ➡ Online Activity.
- Find your pending transfers in the list.
- Select the transfers you want to cancel.
- Choose the Cancel option for each selected transfer.
Resolving a Stuck Transfer
- Navigate to the transfer management section.
- Select 'Manage Transfer'.
- Choose 'Edit'.
- Confirm the transfer details.
- Select 'Approve' to process the transfer.
Exporting by Transaction Type
- Select Transfer & Payments ➡ Online Activity.
Export multiple transactions by selecting the box next to the transaction amount.
- Select the Export icon.
- The transactions will automatically download to a csv file.
Sorting Transactions
- Select any of the column headers to change the criteria transaction are sorted by.
- Select the column heading again to change the sort order between ascending and descending.
- Use the Funnel icon to customize your search criteria to include more transactions.
Troubleshooting Activity Center Issues
- No visible transactions: If you're unable to see transactions in your Activity Center, contact customer support directly for assistance.
- Checking pending deposits: The Activity Center dashboard displays recent and pending transactions, making it easy to see if your deposit is on the way.
- Canceling drafted transfers: Find the transfer in your list, select the three dots next to the transfer, and choose the 'Cancel' option.
