This article explains the Card Management options available in Card Controls on both the desktop browser and mobile app. On desktop, you can archive your card or reset your PIN quickly. In the mobile app, you have access to the same features plus additional options like reporting your card as lost or stolen, viewing wallet integrations, and adding your card to your mobile wallet for easier access.

Change Card PIN
Open the app and go to Card Controls → Change PIN.
Enter your existing PIN and your new PIN.
If you do not know your current PIN, please call 800.848.4365.
Report Card Lost or Stolen
You can report your card as lost or stolen from the mobile app.
Reporting your card lost does not automatically reorder a new card; call customer support to request a replacement.
Archive Card
Archiving removes the card from your Card Controls view.
Archiving does not close your nbkc debit card.
If you notice suspicious transactions on an archived card, you can still pursue a fraud dispute by contacting customer support.
Wallet Integrations
This section also lists any locations where your card is enabled through wallet integrations.
Managing Multiple Cards
If you have multiple cards for the same account or across different accounts, contact customer support for assistance.

Card Not Appearing in Card Controls
If your debit card is not showing up in the Card Controls system, contact customer support for assistance.
