In most instances, checks can be deposited via the mobile app-this is typically the quickest way to deposit a check. If there are issues with depositing it via mobile deposit, we recommend mailing in the check or, if in the Kansas City area, visiting a nearby branch. At this time, only nbkc branch ATMs accept check deposits. To locate an ATM that will accept cash deposits:

Locate the closest Deposit-Enabled ATM.

Remember to take your debit card, count your cash, etc.

Make the deposit at a Deposit-Enabled ATM.
At an nbkc bank ATM, deposits before 4pm CT are generally available the next business day. (Delays in availability can be case by case.)
At our MoneyPass® and Allpoint® partner ATMs, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to be available in your account.
