What should I do if my ATM withdrawal is unsuccessful?
If your withdrawal is unsuccessful: 1) Check your account balance, 2) Verify you're using an in-network ATM, 3) Contact our customer support at 866.931.0850 to investigate the issue.
What if I notice an incorrect ATM withdrawal on my statement?
If you identify an unexpected or incorrect ATM withdrawal, contact our dispute resolution team at 866.931.0850, available Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm CST. Be prepared to provide transaction details including the date, amount, and specific discrepancy.
