Receiving your Account Number and Online Banking Access

Once your application is approved, you will receive a congratulations email welcoming you to nbkc.

After receiving this email, you will be sent a secure email with instructions on accessing your account online where you will be able to view your account number.

For business accounts, the process is similar - you'll receive a secure email with steps to access your online banking and view your account number after approval. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder for these emails.

You won't be able to log into the app or online banking until you receive the secure email with access instructions.

Once your online banking is setup, follow these steps to locate your account number:

Log in to Online Banking using the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.

Select an nbkc Account from the accounts list.

Select Details & Settings located under the account balance.

The nbkc Routing Number and your Account Number will be listed below.
