Needing to update your contact information? Follow the steps below.

Log in to online banking with the nbkc Mobile App or nbkc.com.

Select Menu ➡ Settings ➡ Update Contact Info.

Update your contact information.

Select Submit.
Please note: These changes will not update the delivery options used for your Secure Access Code (SAC) or security alerts. To update your Secure Delivery methods, visit the Security Preferences section in settings.
