Needing to update your contact information? Follow the steps below: based on what you need to update.
Personal Accounts

Log into online banking with the nbkc Mobile App or nbkc.com.

Select Self Service➡ Update Address.

Update any changes to your contact information.

Select Submit.
Please note: These changes will not update the delivery options used for your Secure Access Code (SAC) or security alerts. To update your Secure Delivery methods, visit the Update Security section in Self Service.
Business Accounts
For security reasons, contact information cannot be completed through chat or online channels. Please call Customer Support at 866.931.0850 and someone will be happy to help you. Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm CST.
If you can't log in due to phone number verification issues:
If you're unable to log in because verification codes are being sent to an old phone number, please contact Customer Support at 866.961.0850 and someone will be happy to assist you.
