- Log in to your online banking on the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.
Choose Transfer & Payments ➡ Bill Pay Center
Select the account you'd like to pay bills with then Enroll in Pay Bills
Add the bill provider's information in the fields available
Select Schedule Payment, then Enter Amount and Set Date
Select Pay to finish scheduling the payment.
Bill Pay Enrollment Issues
If you're experiencing issues enrolling in Bill Pay, try these steps:
- Log out and log back into your account
- Ensure popup windows and third-party cookies are allowed in your browser settings
- Clear your browser's cookies and cached data
- Use Google Chrome for the best experience
- Verify your contact information is up to date, especially your home phone number (if you only have a cell phone, add it as your home phone number)
Common Bill Pay Issues
- Account not visible: If your account isn't visible when setting up bill pay, ensure you've completed the enrollment process and verified all account information is correct.
- User access: Bill pay access is restricted to account signers. Users must be added under the main profile of an authorized signer to access bill pay features.
- Reference numbers: Bill payment reference numbers appear only on the pay bills site and may not transfer to your bank statements.

If your Bill Pay account is locked, contact Customer Support at 866.931.0850.
