Accessing Bill Pay Center
The Pay Bills site includes the same features in the nbkc Online Banking Platform plus additional features. This site allows you to add, edit or stop recurring payments, add eBills, add bill notifications, and more.
Accessing Pay Bills Site

Log in to online banking with the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.

Select Menu ➡ Move Money ➡ Bill Pay Center.

A new screen will open taking you to the Pay Bills site.
Add Recurring Payments - Set up payments to be sent automatically as often as you need.

From the Payment screen locate the Payee you would like to set for recurring payments.

Select Make it recurring.

Enter the amount, frequency, first payment, and end date (if applicable).

Select Submit.
Edit or Stop Recurring Payments - Make edits to recurring payments or stop it altogether.

From the Payments screen locate the Payee you need to edit.

Select Edit Recurring.

Select skip payment, edit single occurrence, or edit the entire series.
To stop a recurring payment, choose Edit Entire Series ➡ I would like to stop this payment ➡ Submit.

Select Submit.
Adding eBills - Allows you to access a bill without going to the Payee website.

From the Payments screen locate the Biller Connector section. This will show eligible payees that participate in eBilling.
Eligible payees will also have an eBill Eligible icon.

Enter log-in credentials for the payee website.

Pay Bills when then verify information with the Payee. This can take 1-2 billing cycles to complete.
Once verified you will start receiving email alerts when a new eBill is available. You can schedule a bill to pay automatically, the amount will adjust every month when the payee issues a new bill.
Bill Notifications - Customize alerts to know when a bill has been paid, a new bill is available, and more.

Select My Account.

Under notifications select View Alerts.

Select how you would like to be notified for each alert.

Select Update.
