Add a Manual Account
Use the Add a Manual Account feature to stay current with your financial health. You will only need to use this feature if you are not able to sync the account through our automatic Sync Account feature.
Adding a Manual Account
- Log in to online banking with the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.
- On the main page, go to the Spending tile and select "Link Account".

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Get Started" under "Add a Manual Account".
Please note that the fields may change based on the account type chosen.
- Once the account information is entered select save.
- The account will now appear under Manual Accounts.
Adding a manual account can help customize your Financial Snapshot to create a more accurate report of your financial health. The nbkc Financial Snapshot feature is a tool for you to keep track of all things financial like Net Worth, Budget, Spending, Trends, and Debts. Keep in mind that you will need to update the account information (balances, interest rates, etc) periodically to stay on top of your financial goals.
When to Use Manual Accounts
- When an account cannot be automatically linked
- To track financial accounts from institutions that aren't compatible with automatic syncing
- When you want to include accounts in your financial overview that aren't typically linked
