Account Preferences
Account Preferences allows you to customize the display order of your accounts, rename an account, or hide an account.
Rename an Account
The display name is how your account appears in online banking and can be easily changed by you. The primary name is the legal name associated with the account and requires contacting customer support to modify.
- Log in to online banking using the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.
- Select Self Service ➡ Update Preferences.
- Select the account you'd like to rename.
- Under Online Display Name select the Pencil Icon (✏).
- Enter the name you would like to display.
- Select the checkmark.
- The new display name will show on the main page of Online Banking.
Change Account Display Order
- Select Self Service ➡ Update Preferences.
- Select the 🔼 or 🔽 arrow to adjust the display order of your accounts.
- The account order will then update on the main Online Banking page.
Hide or Unhide an Account
- Select Self Service ➡ Update Preferences.
- Select the account you would like to hide or unhide.
- Scroll down to Account Visibility.
- Toggle the switch to hide or unhide.
