My 1099-INT is missing accounts

Tax Forms are printed front/back. Each account reported to the Tax ID is separated with the total of interest earned on all accounts.

All Accounts are reported under the primary account holder's Tax ID.
What is a 1099-INT?

1099-INT's are issued to any customer who earns more than $10.00 in interest during the calendar year. The interest included in the 1099-INT is the aggregate of all interest obtained across nbkc Accounts and any Fintech Program Account.
Who is nbkc bank and why did I get a tax form from you?

nbkc has Deposit Accounts and Home Loans, we are also the issuing bank for our Fintech Partnerships. This could include one or more accounts at any of the following programs: Bella Loves Me, Empower, Gusto, Spiral, Tend, or Starship.
I've never had an account with nbkc.

Have you had an account with any of our Fintech Partnerships? If so you will receive a 1099-INT from nbkc bank if your account earned more than $10.00 in interest. nbkc partners with the following Fintech's. Bella Loves Me, Empower, Gusto, Spiral, Tend, and Starship.

Why didn't I receive a tax form?
There are a few common reasons -

Your deposit account did not earn more than $10.00 in interest with nbkc bank or a Fintech Partnership Account during the calendar year.

1099's are mailed to the primary account holder. If you are a joint owner or signer, please check with the primary account holder for any 1099 information.

Have you moved recently? Please contact us or the Fintech Partner where your account is held to update your address information.
Where was my Tax Form mailed?

Tax forms are mailed to the primary account holder's address on file. If you have moved recently please contact us or the Fintech Partner where your account is held to update your address information.
When are Tax Forms mailed?
- nbkc typically mails Tax Forms via USPS by January 31st. It can take 7-10 business days to receive it in the mail.

5498's for IRA and HSA Contributions are mailed by May 31st.
Can you email/fax me a copy of my Tax Statement?

If you are an nbkc Account Holder we can send you a copy of your tax statement electronically.

If you are an Account Holder with one of our Fintech Partners, we can only send Tax Statements via USPS.
