In most instances, checks can be deposited via the mobile app-this is typically the quickest way to deposit a check. If there are issues with depositing it via mobile deposit, we recommend mailing in the check or, if possible, stopping by a branch.
Locate the closest Deposit Enabled ATM.
Remember to take your debit card, endorse the check(s), count your cash, etc.
Note: if depositing a check write 'For Deposit Only' then sign your name or your business's name, and if possible, also include the account number.
Make the deposit at a Deposit Enabled ATM.
At an nbkc bank atm, deposits before 4 pm CT are generally available the next business day. (Delays in availability can be case by case.)
At our MoneyPass® partner ATMs, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to be available in your account.
