Secure Encrypted Messaging
Secure messaging lets you send us personal identification information through encrypted messages. Encryption prevents outside parties from accessing this information, which may compromise your identity. Personal information includes account or loan information, social security numbers, or any documents that may include details about you, your bank account, or loan information.
Log in to online banking with the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.
If you’re using a browser, click Secure Messages on the left side of the screen.
If you’re in the app, click Menu and then Secure Messages.
Click or tap the pencil icon (✏) on the right-hand side of the page to compose a new message.
From the drop-down menu, select the category that best fits your message. (This helps us route it to the right team.)
Write your subject and message in the fields provided. Attach any documents with the Attach a File link.
Click Send Message when you’re done.
