Password Reset/Forgot Password
Need to reset your online banking password? Follow the steps below to get logged back into nbkc online banking. Please note: If your online account is locked you will need to contact nbkc bank to unlock your online banking.

Open the nbkc Mobile App or visit nbkc.com.

Select Forgot Password.

Enter your Login ID and select Submit.

Select how you would like to receive a Secure Access Code.

Once the code is received enter it and select Submit.

Create a new password once the password is confirmed select Submit.

An option to re-register the device will populate.
Select Register Device (This will remove the two-factor authentication for the device).
Select Do Not Register Device if you're using a public device.
Password Requirements:

Must be between 8 and 99 characters.

Must contain at least 1 number.
-
Must contain a minimum of 1 lowercase character.

Must contain a minimum of 1 uppercase character.
-
Must contain a minimum of 1 special character.
-
Password cannot contain the following characters < &.
-
Password cannot be the same as your current password.
-
Password cannot be the same as the last 5 passwords.
